1. Introduction

Welcome to "Software Update: Update Apps" (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your App use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App provides services for updating software and managing apps on your device. The App is available for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. In-app purchases

The App offers certain features and functionalities for purchase within the app (the "In-App Purchases"). These may include but are not limited to, features like removing ads, accessing premium tools, or enhancing app functionalities.

• Ad Removal: Users have the option to make a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads from the App. This purchase will disable all ads within the App after completion.
• Refund Policy: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, the service or feature is immediately activated and cannot be undone. Refunds will not be provided for any In-App Purchases, except as required by applicable law or the terms of the App Store platform (e.g., Google Play Store).
• Restoration of Purchases: If you uninstall the App or change devices, you can restore previously purchased in-app items (such as ad removal) by following the restore process available within the App.

4. Subscription Terms Plan

• Available auto-renewable subscription options: $1.99 per week, $3.49 per month with a 3-day free trial, $5.49 per year.
• Your Google Account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends.
• You'll be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period's end.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by the app developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without the developer's prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the developer, other users, or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.
• Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or its servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Changes to the Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
